Francine Caeti-Shine began her career as a technical editor for Measurements and Control Magazine and Medical Electronics Magazine in 1985, both publications of which were renowned international trade journals for over 30 years.  In 1991, she formed Olympia Publishing Inc., a direct postcard advertising company and market research firm for engineers and professionals involved in the control instrumentation markets.

In 2009, her passion to help small businesses gain web presence led her to establish Olympia Writing Services. Along with the primary focus of designing/hosting/maintaining web sites, Fran has produced print media such as  brochures, media kits, press releases and advertisements for corporations and non-profit organizations. 
 
Francine holds a Bachelor Degree in Communications and Journalism Studies from Slippery Rock University.   
Graphic Designer, Dana DaPra, began her career in 1994 as a senior graphic designer for Allegheny General Hospital.  Over the years, she acquired extensive experience working with writers, editors, photographers, video specialists, and printing companies to successfully produce media tools for specific targeted markets. Her credits also include art direction for various other Pittsburgh-based companies, both corporate and non-profit organizations.
 
Dana's tenure as a graphic designer has given her a wealth of information regarding media research analysis, image and concept knowledge, as well as the ability to find cost-effective solutions for her customers.  Customers speak of her extraordinary ability to produce media tools from concept to print.
 
Dana DaPra received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Dayton, Dayton, OH, in 1991. Her studies included Visual Communication Design and Marketing.
